Codon Usage.

Juniper uses optimal codon usage tables. There are currently two codon usage tables available, both taken from GCG.

• E. coli - The codon usage for enteric bacterial (highly expressed) genes, GCG filename ecohigh.cod.
• Yeast - The codon usage for yeast (highly expressed) genes, GCG filename yeast_high.cod.
