Introduction
The baculovirus (BV) expression service exists to supply the Section of Structural Biology with a means of achieving a high level of expression of recombinant proteins in a eukaryotic cell environment.
The service will routinely prepare viruses from recombinant BAC-TO-BAC plasmids. Users can book the expression of recombinant proteins in BV infected cells.
Important information
The services of the BV group are only available to members of the Section of Structural Biology. Requests for BV expression from outside the Insitute can unfortunately not be considered. These pages are intended only as an information resource to the baculovirus community.
